SQC Stand-Alone Systems
Optimum Control at Minimum Cost
SQC stand alone systems are com-
pact quality control solutions for
fast and reliable filling control and
statistics. They are "out of the box"
quickly installed at the place they
are needed, have a small footprint
and are efficient in operation without
the need for extensive trainings.
Because the entire SQC intelligence
and the article database are built-in
they don’t require any networking
infrastructure or computers,
which make them very flexible
in operation.
The various models can manage
from 16 to 100 different articles,
which are defined ready for sam-
pling in no time at all. Mandatory
limits are covered by defaults and
other tolerances can be defined
manually. Sampling and statistics
reports are instantly available in
clearly readable reports printed on
the connected printer.
If wished, they can be occasionally
connected to a personal computer
for data backup and archiving by
means of the backup/restore soft-
ware, which allows convenient data
transfer and further handling of the
collected data.

Standard on all models at 10” size, measured
diagonally.

Scale interface
Scale interfaces include analog, IDNet, SICS and
SICSpro.
Connectivity
Ethernet connectivity is standard for integration into
industrial networks. In addition, select and install up
to six interfaces including scales, USB, and serial
(RS-232) for connection to PCs, printers and bar-
code scanners.
HMI display options
Available in panel-mount and harsh enclosure
designs. Harsh includes ergonomic and swivel
mount for wall or desk mounting.
