The
InSite
®
SL
application is used to manage
industrial terminal configuration and data files. This
indispensable utility can save and restore setup
parameters to and from a PC, for the IND and ICS
terminals listed below.
As the sample screen at right shows, any combination
of configuration, log and table files can be selected for
saving to PC.
When loading a saved configuration file from PC to a
terminal,
the utility allows four types of match check-
ing to ensure trouble-free writing of configuration data.

specific configuration and data files when saving

is PC-based and compatible with
Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8. It is used
to save the values of various terminal setup param-
eters and table data, and to restore the setup param-
eters at a later date. It can also be used to speed up
installations by duplicating configurations from one
terminal to others.
