Hi-Speed XS1 Checkweigher

The XS1 is a particularly compact design

of the proven "X Series" range of dynamic

checkweighers. It is specifically designed

for handling small size/footprint products

in high-throughput production lines. The

small, lightweight conveyors ensure a high

weighing accuracy is maintained even when

operating at high belt speeds. Its compact

design ensures that the Hi-Speed XS1 can be

easily integrated into most existing produc-

tion lines.

New Hygienic Standards

Hi-Speed XS3 H Checkweigher

This HACCP checkweigher ensures product

and water build-up contamination is mini-

mized by avoiding level surfaces on the con-

veyor and weighcell supports, as well as the

exclusive use of round tubes on the horizon-

tal section of the frame. The minimal contact

conveyor support clamps and open frame

construction facilitate cleaning. Seam weld-

ing improves hygiene and reduces the risk of

bacteria build-up. A reduced number of sup-

port legs, self-draining framework, hygieni-

cally designed cable runs and an additional

customer cable duct make this checkweigher

optimal for use in the food industry.
