Hi-Speed XS3 CC H CombiChecker
This combination checkweigher checks whether products are on-
weight and free of metal contamination in one process, reliably
rejecting those which do not conform. Specifically designed for the
food industry, with optional IP69k ingress protection, the HACCP
concept has smooth surfaces for optimum hygiene. The hinged 15"
touchscreen color display can be tilted and swivelled for optimum
visibility and ease of operation.

Hi-Speed XS3 CC CombiChecker
The Hi-Speed XS3 CC CombiChecker com-
bines a checkweigher and a metal detector
in one unit. As the products pass through
the CombiChecker, product weights are
measured and any metal contamination is
detected. Metal-contaminated products are
separately rejected by two pneumatic push-
ers or other rejecting devices. The check-
weigher terminal displays weights, counter
levels of the weight zones and metal-con-
taminated products, and provides statistical
production information. Its hygienic design
facilitates cleaning and meets the guidelines
for food processing industries.
