CLS
This is a label inspection system built specifically for trays and flat
packages and constructed to meet the strict hygienic requirements of
the food industry. The CLS uses line-scan cameras to capture inspec-
tion images of both top and bottom labels to eliminate mislabeling
errors and perform seal inspections. Sloped surfaces and stainless
steel construction allow for easy washdown.
FBI
A simple solution for filled bottle inspection applications, including
fill level, cap height and tamper band presence and integrity, the FBI
is designed for the needs of beverage manufacturers. With a slim
profile and an innovative over-the-line design, the FBI installs easily
and operates at speeds up to 900 bottles per minute. Manufacturers
wishing to include a label inspection solution have the option of add-
ing a remote station to the FBI which runs on the same touchscreen
interface as the primary station.
Mosaic
Utilizing a more efficient, easier-to-use image processing technol-
ogy than conventional 360° solutions, the Mosaic allows for the
inspection of round, un-oriented product labels. This more efficient
method means the Mosaic can operate effectively at higher produc-
tion speeds than other un-oriented vision inspection solutions.
A variety of size options allows the Mosaic to fit into nearly any
production line layout.
RPC
The blow molding industry has been an area of expertise for CI-Vi-
sion for years, and the RPC is the culmination of that expertise. Fully
configurable, the RPC is constructed to meet the specific needs of
rigid plastic container manufacturers, with contamination, formation
and in-mould label inspection applications available. Manufacturers
with strict product specifications will find the RPC capable of preci-
sion measurements and detection of contamination as small as .1
TAPPI (mm²).
V6300
The V6300 is a flexible vision solution designed for label inspection
and capable of inspecting most rigid packaging types through one
slim terminal. The Rapid-Fit™ frame assembles quickly around ex-
isting production lines, allowing manufacturers to get their inspection
system up and running as quickly as possible. Additional cameras
and lights, and even remote stations, can be added to the system
easily, giving the V6300 an unparalleled expandability which allows
it to grow as manufacturers add new inspection requirements.
