Industrial Terminals

Manage recipes, orders, batch history, printing and

track-and-trace requirements with the BatchTool 780

PC tool. Multiple batch terminals can be networked

to a single PC, via Ethernet TCP/IP. Create, edit and

refine recipes. Create production orders and download

them to the IND780batch terminal, where the operator

can view an Order List and make a selection to initiate

production.

BatchTool 780 PC-based configuration tool provides the interface to manage equipment, materials, recipes, orders, and reports

Material management

Up to 999 material paths are supported (maximum 42 automatic feeds and 28 automatic discharges per scale)

TFT color graphical LCD display with backlight; numeric keypad with decimal and clear keys; tare, zero, print, select scale;

screen navigation and enter keys; five softkeys, four application-specific softkeys

Reporting

Includes master recipe listing, batch control recipe history, order summary, material usage, and audit trail reports

Security

Login security levels prevent unauthorized changes to orders and control recipes

Barcode interface

Supports operator scanning of each material via Serial or USB connection

Track & Trace

Logs Batch ID, date, time, user ID, changes during the batch, success/fail status of

batch; stored data can be exported as .csv

Hazardous area approval

IND780 terminal approved for use in Zone 2/22, Division 2 hazardous areas

Digital I/O options

Discrete I/O: Maximum of 40 inputs, 56 outputs.

Local (Relay or Solid State): One or two modules, each with 4 inputs, external sink 5-30 VDC;

4 outputs @ 30 VAC/VDC, 1 A max.

Remote: Up to 8 ARM100 I/O modules, 4 in/6 out @ 30 VDC/250 VAC, 1 A max.

Packaged Batch option

Available, pre-packaged, ready-configured batch solution with operator I/O, automatic operation, single-scale input
